What is iSTEM?
STEM is a well established umbrella concept generally referencing to an education, interest or activity in one or a combination of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics disciplinines. More recently, advances in Computer Science and AI technolgies, as well as the broad use of STEM methods in the development of such technologies, naturally added a new reference to this term which is now commonly known as iSTEM.
Why iSTEM?
There are many answers to this question. One can consider practical reasons and argue that STEM knowledge and skills can help you earn a scholarship, or admission to a good rated collage, or a well paid job.
We believe that STEM is more than just a practical choice. It represents a framework of thinking about the world’s problems and how to best solve them, a life philosophy anchored in logical reasoning and sceintific method. As such, pursuit in STEM fields and activities does not stop with a collage diploma or with leading position in a company. It is a life long pursuit to better onself, to best use the power of our minds in the service of common good.

We recognize that during one’s educational and professional development in STEM, it is very important to be able to achieve recognition and financial support for every major milestone of one’s journey. However, it is not always easy to identify the available resources to help this happen.
